Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Fluff Off order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging where possible.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
